The widest variety of opportunities and highest exposure rate
for your organization are available when you participate at one
of the Consortium's three major conferences. Offerings include,
Sponsorships, Vendor Presentations and table-top exhibiting. Pricing
may vary from conference to conference, details can be found bundled
with each event.
Here are the events to look forward to:
- In February we have our Healthcare IT Conference -- 2006
Healthcare IT Conference options and pricing
- In April we have our Annual Meeting and Conference with
current events dictating the topic from year to year -- 2006's 28th
Annual Meeting and Conference options and pricing
- In September/October we host HealthMart, our biggest
event of the year, with a focus on Quality Initiatives -- HealthMart
2006 options and pricing
Sponsorships
Includes:
- Special visual recognition of electronic company logo and one
promotional slide throughout the day in main ballroom
- Special recognition in the conference Show Guide
- Special acknowledgement from the podium
- Signage highlighting sponsorship
- Exhibit Table (see below)

- Reduced registration fee for your members/clients/staff (Member

Vendor Workshops*
These are a 1 hour presentation for you to provide attendees with
your company's solutions to problems facing the healthcare industry.
Highlight real life solutions with case studies and successes from
customers/clients you are working with.
Includes:
- Private room for a one hour presentation by your organization
