Office of Civil Rights
"The
Top Fifteen Privacy Concerns: True or False Quiz"
The Office of Civil Rights first offered this online privacy quiz
in July 2002. Presented via Powerpoint slides, the presentation
addresses some common privacy concerns as noted by feedback the
OCR has received from the public. This may be a useful resource
to share with constituents with basic questions about how they may
be affected by the privacy rule, both in professional and personal
circumstances. Note: this presentation predates the final version
on the Privacy Rule issued on August 9, 2002.
