Blogs and Social Media: Survive and Thrive in the Open Healthcare Revolution
Description
Blogs, RSS, Podcasts and Social Networks are changing the ways consumers and professionals communicate. Having
made transformative impact on news, politics and entertainment, these technologies are ready to reshape healthcare.
The session will provide an overview of what healthcare organizations need to know about social media. The topics
discussed will include the drivers, the risks, the benefits, the tools and the strategies. Attendees will learn how
to take the first steps in launching their own blogging strategy.
Speaker
