Session II: Promoting All-Payer Databases: Case Studies from the States |
|
|
Several states have implemented or are in the process of implementing all-payer claims databases.
During this session we will hear from four of these states, which are at various stages of the
process of establishing their systems. The panel will address such topics as financing, operations,
integration with other health information technology projects, legal issues, and addressing
stakeholder concerns. Following brief presentations from each panelist and a moderated discussion,
conference participants will have the opportunity to ask the panelists about best practices and
lessons learned from their states’ experience, so that you can bring this information back to
your state.
