This workshop will demonstrate how over 950 health care organizations are applying comparative operational information from Solucient to support their performance improvement agenda. Case Studies from client organizations will focus on survival strategy, integrating comparative data into the budget process, and reducing costs in the OR.

Summarize the deliverables (software and services) provided through the ACTION O-I program

Phil Gaughan, Vice President, Operational Improvement, Solucient LLC
Mr. Gaughan has over twenty years of healthcare experience. He has been associated with the University of Kansas Medical Center as Director of Patient Accounts and Assistant Hospital Administrator responsible for fiscal and clinical operations. Current responsibilities in the Operational Improvement business unit at Solucient include business relations, content development, and strategic marketing and sales.
