Workshop Description |
This workshop will demonstrate how Lee Memorial Health System utilizes Dimensional Insight's business intelligence solution to extract and analyze data from various disparate information systems, including Clinicomp, McKesson/HBOC Trendstar, and others. The talk will focus on the specific types of business, financial and clinical analyses and reports that Lee Memorial uses to run its 3-hospital system. Mr. Ward will detail the real ROI and actionable business decisions that were previously a challenge to measure or realize. |
